Preparing for the 2018 Elections – Refresher on the FCC Rules on Political Broadcasting


With all of the seats in the US House of Representatives up for grabs, and several likely battles for Senate seats, as well as many state and local elections, 2018 is bound to be a very active year for political broadcasting. Join the head of the FCC’s Office of Political Broadcasting, Bobby Baker, and David Oxenford, partner in the Washington DC law firm of Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP, to discuss the rule that you need to know to navigate this coming election year. Who do you have to sell advertising time to? How much can you charge? What paperwork do you need to retain? Who is watching what you do, and what issues are likely to arise in the coming election? These issues and more will be addressed in a live webinar on November 30 where Bobby and David will answer your questions and give you their insights from years of experience dealing with political advertising issues.
