We’re growing the JOY99 team and looking for a Christ-centered, encouraging on-air talent to join us as our Afternoon Show Host! Do you love sharing stories that bring hope and joy? Are you passionate about serving others and building community? Do you have a vibrant personality, a good sense of humor, and a genuine heart for ministry? Then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

• Hosting a fun, engaging, and uplifting afternoon show that connects with listeners across West Michigan.
• Creating content that reflects JOY99’s mission—to share encouragement, biblical truth, and joy throughout our community.
• Engaging with listeners on-air, online, and at local events.
• Working collaboratively with the programming team to plan, produce, and execute creative and ministry-focused segments.
• Using your technical and creative skills to deliver a polished, professional on-air sound.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous on-air or broadcast experience (radio, podcasting, or similar).
• Has a strong on-air presence, excellent communication skills, and a heart for people.
• Loves Christian music and ministry.
• Is dependable, teachable, and excited to grow with the JOY99 team.
