We're looking for a top performer. Someone who loves to sell, consistently hits their numbers, and has spent time in a lead role along the way. We're a locally owned group of radio stations in the Saginaw market (98 KCQ, 97.3 JOE FM, 104.1 The Bay), and we want an experienced seller who can sit across the table from a local business owner, ask the right questions, uncover the real problem, and build an advertising strategy that actually works for them. This is a selling role first. You'll own a list, develop new business, and be responsible for real revenue goals. But if you've led before, whether as a team lead, senior rep, trainer, or manager, we don't want that experience sitting on the shelf. You'll work alongside our sales manager and the rest of the team as a respected voice in the room: sharing what works, sparking ideas in sales meetings, helping a newer seller think through a tough account, and helping shape the tools and approaches our team uses to win.

We're family-owned, and decisions are made locally. Good ideas don't have to travel through six layers of corporate management before somebody can say yes. Our current owner is preparing to retire, and the third generation of the family has been part of the leadership team for the past five years.
