Sales Support Lead - Mid_West Family (Benton Harbor)
Work with other sales support team members and manage all sales support team projects Process contracts for new or revised orders from our Business Development team and insert their components into our systems for approval by management
Requirements (Experience, Education, Etc.): This is not a remote position - you will be required to report to the office each day, Monday – Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm. Office locale will be determined based on proximity to your home, but you must be able to commute to work each day Minimum 5+ Years of past sales support, administrative support, team support, or project coordination experience.
• A high comfort level with technology, especially utilizing software in the Microsoft Office suite, as well as utilizing Windows 10
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com is a plus
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer success
• Attention to detail
• Any background supporting the industries of sales, marketing, broadcast media, advertising, etc., is especially helpful
