We’re seeking a passionate, energetic Technical Support Engineer to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time position based in Novi, Michigan, with travel to customer facilities and industry events.
Essential Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding technical support to our broadcast and media customers via phone, email, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving AI-powered speech-to-text (automated captioning), generative voice tools, translation services, and radio/television automation products
• Test and validate new releases from cloud workflows to AI enhancements and hybrid solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Development & Production to integrate partner software and APIs
• Travel to client sites for on-site installation, configuration, and training across the U.S. and internationally
• Maintain detailed support documentation, logs, and client incident histories
• Serve as a technical ambassador between clients, partners, and internal teams

What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Broadcasting, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years tech support, broadcasting, or IT experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Comfortable with networked systems, cloud deployments, hybrid workflows, and automated media processing
• Experience with broadcast automation, captioning/transcription systems, API-based tools, or media workflows is a huge plus
• Highly motivated, organized, and a problem-solver
• Excellent communicator — both on the phone and in person
• Eager to travel (up to 50%) and engage with clients globally
• Passionate about AI, automation, accessibility tech, and cutting-edge media systems
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a huge plus
